Classical Empires Essay Assignment

a. Complete the essay notes page distributed in class. You should use the CHESS notes you made on the handouts provided in class.

b. Complete the first two paragraphs of the essay.

P1: Compose a one sentence thesis statement including:
  • identify the empires compared/contrasted
  • identify the two CHESS domains compared/contrasted
  • Identify qualities of comparison or contrast

P2  Identify and define comparisons and contrasts of  one CHESS domain for both empires.
  •       Include at least four pieces of specific evidence.
  •        Include analysis of at least one comparison.
